Drug Abuse Caring for the Smallest Victims of
Pediatric Interim Care Center, The Newborn Nursery

Come Join the FUN!

Help drug-affected newborns one step at time by joining Pediatric Interim Care Center’s Walk for the Babies Saturday, October 1, at Kent Station. Day-of registration and t-shirt pick-up begins at 9 a.m., and the 5K walk begins at 10:30. Walk, run, or stroll at your own pace-- It’s a morning of fun and fitness for all ages. Afterwards we’ll gather for a chowder feed at Duke’s and prizes(!) for the top fundraising teams and individuals, first finishers, and best team spirit.

Registration is $25 for adults and $15 for seniors (65+) and students.  The registration fee includes a free t-shirt.  Children 10 and under are free.  Children’s t-shirts and baby bibs (new this year!)  will be for sale at the walk for $10.

Take the first step and register now.  Then get others to support your walk and compete for great prizes, including hundreds of dollars to spend at Kent Station, a week at the Washington Coast, Xbox One video game console, tablet computers, Fitbit fitness trackers, and AMC movie packages.  But time is running short, so get started now!

Can’t make it, but want to help?  Please donate.  All proceeds go directly to the care of newborns recovering from prenatal drug exposures at PICC.
